When I finish this 30-day diet I will be eating veggies and fruits and slowly incorporate meat as well.I have done a lot of reading on this but it is the healthiest diet... Not sure why people don&#039;t  just do this rather than eating pills or starving themselves.]]></description>

I track everything I eat and today I had 24 grams of protein... Just from drinking juices made with clementines, peaches, spinach, kale, peppers, tomatoes, etc. I also had 58% calcium and 58% iron out of the 100% needed, 1013% vitamin a and 919% vitamin c, 28g fiber, 3936mg potassium. :) juices provide the micronutrients essential to our body, same as eating raw fruits and veggies.
